With a Flexible Booking Policy, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date. You will receive a payment request that must be paid at least 2 days before arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will be treated as a Non-Refundable Rate, meaning no modifications or refunds are possible.

If you have booked a Non-Refundable Rate at Hotel de Duif in Lisse, the reservation is charged immediately. A payment link will appear after booking, and the payment must be completed instantly. You may cancel your booking, but this will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

The Uniform Conditions for the Catering Industry (UVH) apply to all agreements entered into by us. In addition, the UVH are available for inspection at our premises and will be sent to you free of charge immediately upon request. The UVH are binding on everyone who uses our services.
